Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

Formed in February 2007, our Patient Panel is now an online group of patients who we are able to contact via email.  we can ask them to feedback on our services such as appointment booking, opening hours etc. This group is known as the Virtual Patient Participation Group (VPPG).

We have recently set up another group which is a face to face Patient Participation Group (PPG), who meet at the surgery approximately four times a year.

To be representative of all patients in the practice, both the VPPG and the PPG need your thoughts and suggestions on the changing needs of patients, improvements or modifications needed for the delivery of the services run from the practice.

The Patient Panel can be contacted in the following ways:

  • Email from this website
  • Via the Practice Manager
  • by emailing k83019.discharges@nhs.net

If you would like to be updated on changes in the practice and the work undertaken by the VPPG or PPG, please feel free to join by using the 'Join Our Patient Practice Group' link below.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
