Claire Oliver is the Lead Dispenser at the Practice and will be happy to help if you have any queries.
The practice can dispense prescriptions for patients living more than 1.6 kilometres from a Pharmacy between the hours of 08:30 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.
Should you require repeat medication urgently when the surgery is closed, or have a query regarding your medication, please call 111 and you will automatically be transferred to the 111 service who will assist you.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or Ridwan, our Clinical Pharmacist, at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If a patient doesn't have a medication review you may only receive a small supply of your prescription and will be asked to book an appointment for a review before you request any further medication.
